I have my own way of making tacos.
You will need:

Beans, a soaked bag or 1-2 cans. I like to use plain beans, mainly pink ones. I have started to do 1 can of refried and 1 of regular beans.
Sour Cream

Heat the beans up in a pan. If you are using regular whole beans, once they are warmed up, mash them into a bean paste. If you are using refried beans, you just have to heat them up. When I mix the two, I do the whole beans first, mash them, and then add refried ones in.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and then throw on a tortilla. Let the sides get a bit browned. You don't want it too dark, other wise it will taste a bit burnt. I prefer to have a little crunch to it, but not a lot.
Take the tortilla off, pat with a paper towel, put the beans on and then add whatever you want to it! Sometimes I also add onions, green onions or make guacamole.

I forgot there was a sig line................
